Ritver was founded in 1948 as a joint venture between RAR Holding and Italian manufacturers in Bologna. It now runs fully automated plants in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Iraq (Erbil) and Italy, producing more than 500 different items with an annual capacity above 30,000 tonnes and a distribution network in over 40 countries.
Every family below is supplied in Iraq by Dheyaa Albadia Company as the registered distributor. Pack sizes, colours and tinting are confirmed per order; no prices are published on this page.

It is one of the largest producers of wood coatings in the world and the leading producer in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. What each grade does- Anti-scratch — formulated with high-end resin and special raw materials for an extremely scratch-proof film

AdhesivesThe adhesive range has strong gap-filling ability: it soaks into the wood and leaves no empty gaps, so joints keep their structural integrity without tight-fitting joinery.
- White glue — where water resistance is required: windows and doors, kitchen and bathroom furniture in soft and hard woods, panels covered with plastic laminate, paper and veneer by cold or hot press
- Powder glue — hot-setting and high-frequency bonding for plywood, cored panels, chipboard and furniture requiring high tenacity
- Outdoor and metal-to-metal — windows and stairs; bonds wood and wood-based materials to varnished or painted surfaces, metal, melamine-base materials, felt, glass wool and ceramic panels
- Hot melt — edge banding in laminate, melamine-base materials, PVC and ABS with primer, especially where edge and panel colours change frequently

Research & development
Eight patentsRitver’s R&D division has created eight patents over the past fifteen years. The two most successful are the tintometric system for paint and coating finishes, and the Stain Mix System for wood stain finishes. It was the first local brand to introduce low-VOC technology in the region.
Production & integration
60% vertically integratedPlants run automated production and packaging under a five-year renovation plan, with more than 500 items in the catalogue and the ability to customise a product to a customer’s needs. Ritver produces its own resins and solvents, reaching about 60% vertical integration against a 70% target.
